The property is always reserved exclusively for your event — no other guests, no other occasions running alongside. From the indoor spaces to the garden, pool and bar, everything belongs to you and your guests.
For smaller, low-impact gatherings, shared occupancy may be possible if it doesn't affect the experience of either party. This is agreed during planning.
